Wildfire Near Livermore Threatening Structures

LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Firefighters are battling a brush fire that broke out Sunday afternoon in Larimer County.

The fire is burning near the town of Livermore near the Mill Creek Subdivision north of County Road 80C and east of County Road 59.

The fire was estimated at approximately 300 acres Monday morning.

Approximately 30 structures are currently threatened and residents in the area have been evacuated as a precaution.

The fire is said to be about 10 percent contained.

It's believed the fire was caused by lightning.
