Westminster Woman Accused Of Running Down, Killing Husband
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) - A Westminster woman is facing first-degree murder and vehicular homicide charges in the death of her husband.
Investigators say Nancy Arias, 38, ran over her husband Phillip Lobato, 38, during an argument on Monday. It happened on 72nd Avenue near Federal Boulevard. Lobato was killed.
Police say it started with an argument in the car over cheating. They say Arias ran over her husband after he hit her several times in the face.
