Westminster Police Search For Credit Union Robbery Suspect

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Westminster and the FBI searched for a man who robbed a Bellco Credit Union on Thursday.

The man walked into the Bellco Credit Union located at 12101 Huron Street in Westminster about 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8 about 150 pounds with a skinny build. He was described as having scruffy facial hair.

He wore dark clothing, including a dark hoodie with the hood up, dark sunglasses and a light-colored dust or surgical mask. The hoodie had the letters USATF on the back.

The man carried a gun and ran away from the bank to the east and got into a brownish or copper-colored 4-door sedan.
