Weather Watcher Kickoff A Success At CBS4 Studios

DENVER (CBS4) - On Oct. 18 CBS4 kicked off their new CBS4 Weather Watchers program at their studios in downtown Denver.

Several dozen Weather Watchers and their families enjoyed a tour of the Mobile Weather Lab, the Colorado Weather Center and newsroom.

While in the main studio, Weather Watchers joined the CBS4 weather team in taping some commercials to promote the new program.

Weather Watchers also attended a short class to learn more about the program, including the most ideal places to install weather equipment and how to file a report.

The day was a huge success and featured everything from a lot of laughs to making new friendships.

All you need to become a Weather Watcher is a rain gauge, thermometer and a ruler.
