DENVER (CBS4) - The National Weather Service announced Tuesday the official temperature at Denver International Airport reached 69 degrees at 1:58 MST.

That ties the record set for this date set in 1895.

Snow is in the forecast for the high country on Wednesday.

A cold front moves from north to south along the Front Range during the morning. It should pass over Denver by 10 a.m. causing increasing clouds and dropping temperatures about 10 degrees compared to Tuesday.
