Water World Unveils 2 New Attractions

FEDERAL HEIGHTS, Colo. (CBS4)- Water World unveiled two new attractions at the water park on Wednesday.

It was the grand opening of Cowagunga Beach and Turtle Bay.

At Cowabunga Beach, swimmers can boogie board the waves and Turtle Bay is a wave pool specifically designed for toddlers.

"We're always trying to think of new and exciting attractions that people are going to love and we are sure that these two new attractions are going to be very popular," said Water World spokeswoman JoAnn Cortez.

Water World is open every day from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. weather permitting. The final day of the season is Labor Day.
