Wade Phillips Might Be Behind The Easy-Listening Music At Broncos Minicamp

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - During portions of the Denver Broncos practice the team blares music. Usually it's hard rock or hip-hop, but on Tuesday the playlist was more like easy-listening, and C.J. Anderson thinks he knows where it came from.

"Old school today. Who knows what it will be tomorrow, but old school today. Hopefully we keep that," Anderson said. "Wade said they stole his iPod, so it had to have been Wade Phillips."

The team went through about a 2-hour workout in the morning, but it was a little shorter for the veterans. Head coach Gary Kubiak wants to keep the older guys fresh and give the younger guys reps so when fall camp opens everybody is up to speed. The vets say they're perfectly fine with that.

"It's good for the young guys to get reps and it's good for us out there watching and learning and taking all the mental reps we can," Anderson said.

Minicamp continues Wednesday and Thursday this week from 10:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
