Vehicle Strikes Pedestrian During Morning Commute

DENVER (CBS4)- Police rushed to the scene of a crash where a vehicle struck a pedestrian during the Wednesday morning commute.
The crash happened just before 7 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Leetsdale and Quebec.
The pedestrian was rushed to Denver Health Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Copter4 flew over the scene where an ambulance and medical personnel were helping the victim. One lane was blocked during the investigation and cleanup.
The driver stayed on scene. Police investigated what happened leading up to the crash. It is unclear who was at fault.
