Vail Resorts Invests In Wind Power, Focuses On Green Options

VAIL, Colo. (CBS4)- Vail Resorts is going green. The resort company bought a Nebraska wind and solar project.

The 12-year deal will buy enough energy to power 30,000 homes a year.

Vail Resorts is also switching to compostable utensils and straws.

It's all part of their plan to have zero net emissions by 2030.
