US 287 back open between Laporte and Wyoming State Line

Colorado Department of Transportation issued an update Saturday morning that all lanes of U.S. 287 are back open after being closed Friday due to safety concerns. 

CDOT had closed the highway due to safety concerns between mile marker 356 north of Laporte and the Wyoming state line. 

The Wyoming Highway Patrol had also closed the highway on its side of the border from the state line to Laramie. 

No crashes were reported Friday, unlike Thursday night when the highway was closed for several hours shortly after dusk. None of the incidents were reportedly serious.
