Tyrone Garth Charged With Murdering His Mother, Mae Rose Garth

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Aurora police say Tyrone Garth shot and killed 67-year-old Mae Rose Garth on Monday. Officers responded to a home on North Potomac Street on Monday on a reported shooting.

Tyrone Garth, 41, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his mother.
Officers rushed to the home at 641 N. Potomac St. at 9:20 a.m. Monday on reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found Mae Rose Garth deceased.

Details about the shooting have not been released.
