By Lauren DiSpirito

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Investigators on Monday served a summons to a second man they saw laid tacks along Deer Creek Canyon Road, a popular route for bicyclists.

Tyler Chambers, 27, faces misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and reckless endangerment for the July 3 incident.

Cyclists found hundreds of tacks strewn about a popular riding route, and as a result, at least eight of them say they got flat tires.

Deputies say Tyler Chambers and his cousin Calvin Chambers bought the tacks at a Jefferson County King Soopers, which is how investigators tracked them down.

The cousins told investigators they were frustrated with cyclists on the road.

Calvin Chambers faces the same charges.
