TSA Finds 104 Firearms In Carry-On Luggage At DIA

DENVER (CBS4)- The Transportation Safety Administration discovered 104 firearms in carry-on luggage at Denver International Airport last year. All were found during routine screening.

The number was lower than 2019 when 140 firearms were found. DIA is ranched 5th nationwide for such discoveries by TSA. Atlanta's airport tops the list with 220.

Travelers who try to sneak a gun past security could face criminal fines.
