Trout Stocked In Winter Have Better Chance Of Survival

PARK COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- Trout once again fill 11 Mile Reservoir in Park County after Colorado Parks and Wildlife stocked the water.

Wildlife officials stock the reservoir with more than 100,000 trout every winter. They do it when it is cold to give the fish a fighting chance against natural predators.
