Trial Set For Man Accused Of Arson, Painting 'My Wife Is A Cheater' On Home

ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) - A man charged with setting his estranged wife's house on fire in March remains behind bars after pleading not guilty on Monday.

Police say William Lindauer, 31, spray-painted "my wife is a cheater" on the home. He's facing charges of first-degree arson and reckless endangerment.

Nobody was home at the time of the fire.

Lindauer is being held on a $200,000 bond. His trial has been set for Oct. 19.
