Tornado Spotted Near Eads
EADS, Colo. (CBS4)- A tornado was spotted near the town of Eads on Friday afternoon.
Eads is located about 70 miles southeast of Limon.
The tornado was confirmed by the National Weather Service. It was part of severe weather that targeted that part of the state on Friday.
Much of Colorado was under a winter storm advisory or warning. The storm was expected to bring heavy, wet snow to the Denver metro area.
The size of the tornado was not confirmed.
