Thornton Police Warn Of Series Of Garage Burglaries
THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Thornton are warning homeowners about a series of garage burglaries.
At least six homes were targeted early Friday morning near 136th Ave. and Colorado Boulevard.
Investigators said the suspect or suspects got into unlocked cars either parked outside or in unlocked garages.
In one case a credit card was stolen from a purse left inside one of the cars.
Surveillance video shows an unidentified woman using that credit card at a convenience store.
