Toddler Falls 3 Stories From Apartment Window

THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4)- A toddler fell out of a third-story apartment window in Thornton and was rushed to the hospital Thursday afternoon.
Police in Thornton tweeted an update about the incident that happened at 101 E. 88th Avenue Building D.
Police investigating 2 1/2 year old boy falling 3 stories out of apartment window. 101 E. 88th Ave. Bldg. D, Child taken to local hospital.

The 2½ year old boy fell three stories from the apartment window.
The condition of the boy is unknown but police say he was conscious and talking to officers when they arrived on scene.
His condition was said to be stable just before 5 p.m.
What happened leading up to the fall is unclear.
