Thomas Kremer, Driver Of RTD Bus, Faces Misdemeanor Charge After Striking Pedestrian

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - The man driving an RTD bus that hit and killed a pedestrian in Boulder earlier this month has been charged with careless driving resulting in death. Thomas Kremer was driving the bus on Jan. 9. He made a left turn and hit the victim, an 85-year-old man.

The man was in a crosswalk crossing Baseline Road at the intersection of Mohawk Drive when he was hit. He later died from his injuries.

The charge Kremer faces is a misdemeanor.
