Surveillance Footage Shows Thieves Stealing Gun From Car

LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Two thieves got more than they bargained for as they rummaged through cars.

They found a gun and made off with it.

Surveillance footage from about two weeks ago at 2nd and Hoyt in Lakewood shows the crime.

The two crooks are believed to have broken into five cars that day. All were unlocked.
