Spring Storm Heading Our Way With Cool, Wet Weather

By Lauren Whitney

DENVER (CBS4) - After a warm 84 degree Monday in Denver, the mercury will start to fall daily as we head to the middle of the week.

Tuesday will bring the 70s and a mix of sunshine and clouds. The afternoon hours could bring a few isolated storms, some of which could turn severe out in the far northeastern plains.

Wednesday is when the weather really starts to change. The high country will start to get snow and rain, with a few isolated pops possibly heading toward Denver. The snow line could drop to around 7,000 feet. This storm is still a few days away, so we'll be watching and have more details as it gets closer.
