Thank You!: Backpacks Get Filled After Care 4 Colorado School Supply Drive

DENVER (CBS4) - CBS4 and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver wrapped up the Care 4 Colorado School Supply Drive on Saturday.

CBS4 and the Boys and Girls Clubs want to thank everyone who donated. The supplies are in the clubs and being given out to children in need.

It's very important that every child is fully prepared to start the school year.

"I would say it's a huge 'thank you,' because not only does it provide every student who possibly needs them with school supplies, but it provides for those parents who can't support the students," 17-year-old Jennifer said.

The Boys and Girls Clubs serve children ages 6 to 18.
