'Terracotta Warriors 3-D' Combines Electronics, Ancient Chinese Music, History And Dance

DENVER (CBS4) - It's a show unlike anything you've ever seen-- state-of-the-art electronics combined with ancient Chinese music, history and dance make up this unique stage production.

Terracotta Warriors 3-D carries a story line steeped in ancient Chinese history, about China's first emperor who was buried with an entire army of terracotta guards to protect him in the afterlife.

The performance relies on a combination of Chinese ballet and martial arts.

What audiences can expect is a new concept for live theater with backgrounds that reach into infinity and three-dimensional objects and characters that reach off the stage and into the audience itself.

Terracotta Warriors 3-D is playing now at the Newman Center on the University of Denver campus and runs through Sept. 15.
