Teen Who Shot & Killed Younger Brother Pleads Guilty
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - A teenage boy who shot and killed his 10-year-old brother has pleaded guilty to negligent child abuse resulting in death.
The shooting happened last June on Galena Street in Aurora.
Jalecc Taylor, 17, also plead guilty to being in possession of a handgun in connection with the death of his brother Anthony "Jemel" Hemmings-Taylor.
The teen will be sentenced next month.
Jalecc Taylor's picture has not been released because he is a juvenile.
