Teen Accused In Fatal Boulder Bat Beating Back In Custody

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - A teen accused of beating a man to death in Boulder is back in custody.

Luke Pelham, 18, is one of two suspects accused of killing Aaron Tuneberg. Police say Pelham and another man beat the victim with a bat and stole his Xbox game console.

Pelham is back in custody for violating his bond. The Boulder Daily camera reported that Pelham was arrested Tuesday.

Under his bond agreement, Pelham could only be outside his home while under the supervision of an approved adult. But according to court records, Pelham violated that rule. He's now being held on a $1 million dollar bond.
