Highway 6 Reopens West Of Golden After Technical Rock Climber Rescue Turned Recovery
GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - Rescue crews conducting a technical rescue operation along Highway 6 just west of Golden said the rescue had been turned into a recovery mission at 2 p.m. Wednesday. The highway reopened just after 3 p.m. after being closed for hours during the mission.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office tweeted just after noon that the closure is at near Tunnel One.

First responders from Golden Fire, Alpine Rescue Team and Arvada Fire are involved in the operation.
The fallen climber has not been identified.
