Talib, Marshall Among Inactive Against Chargers

DENVER (CBS4) - The Broncos will miss some big names on the field in Sunday's game against the San Diego Chargers.

The team announced that both cornerback Aqib Talib and linebacker Brandon Marshall are among the inactives.

Talib is ailing with a lower back issue and Marshall a hamstring problem.

Neither player practiced all week.

Ahead of Sunday's game, Marshall tweeted out his encouragement to teammate Corey Nelson, saying that, while he wishes he could be out there, he knows Nelson "gon ball!"

Linebacker DeMarcus Ware is active for the first time since he fractured a bone in his elbow in week two against the Indianapolis Colts.
