Suspect In Chef's Murder Being Held On $250,000 Bond
FRISCO, Colo. (CBS4)- The man accused in the death of an avid outdoorsman and popular chef remains behind bars on a $250,000 bond.
Charles Sattler has been advised of the charges of second-degree homicide and third-degree assault in the death of Blake Bostic.
Bostic, 38, was involved in an altercation at the Snowshoe Motel on Main Street in Frisco on Monday. When police arrived they tried to resuscitate Bostic but he was later pronounced dead at St. Anthony Summit Medical Center located just a short distance from the motel.
Two men were arrested and one of the men has been released. The other, Sattler, 42, remains in custody. He is scheduled to appear in Summit County Court on April 28.
Bostic was an avid outdoorsman often leaving Colorado in the summer to teach fishing in Alaska. While spending winters in Colorado he was a chef at a restaurant at the base of Copper Mountain.
Sattler is originally from Oxford, Mich., but has recently been working construction in Denver.
