Suspect Charged In Deputy's Death Appears In Court
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – The suspect charged in the death of a Jefferson County sheriff's sergeant was in court on Friday and advised of the charges.
Kenneth Hosch, 83, is charged with vehicular homicide and criminally negligent homicide in the death of Sgt. Dave Baldwin.
Prosecutors say Hosch struck Baldwin head-on while driving the wrong way on Highway 93 in January.
Baldwin was on duty and on his department motorcycle at the time.
