Suspect Arrested After Medina Alert Issued In Hit-And-Run

DENVER (CBS4)- The suspect wanted in a hit-and-run on Saturday night has been arrested and scheduled to appear before a judge on Tuesday.

David Hernandez has been arrested for allegedly cutting off a motorcycle at Federal and Exposition. The motorcyclist crashed and suffered a serious head injury.

Police issued a Medina Alert for the black 1999 Lexus four door with Colorado license plate number 944-QZA.

Hernandez allegedly told police he didn't realize he caused the motorcycle to crash. He was driving on a suspended license.
