PARKER, Colo. (CBS4)- A Parker Police officer was reunited with a man one week after he saved his life after a car crash.

On Aug. 21, Daniel Tischauser crashed into another vehicle near Jordan Road and Centre Court.

When Parker Police Sgt. Joe Cummings arrived on scene, Tischauser was unresponsive.

After pulling him from the car, Cummings began administering CPR and for the fifth time in his career he saved a life.

Tischauser spent five days in the hospital before going home.
