Strong Winds Blamed For Property Damage

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Strong winds caused some damage in Boulder on Tuesday morning.

High winds ripped down scaffolding at new construction at Lookout Road and Gunpark. YouReporter Patti C sent in the pictures.
