Strange Man Found Inside Woman's Apartment In Boulder

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Boulder are searching for a man after he broke into a woman's apartment while she was moving in.

The woman told police she was moving into her apartment on Aug. 17 about 4:45 p.m. in the 1600 block of 19th Street when she noticed the screens had been partially popped off and her two front windows were open.

When she entered the apartment, she found a man inside and asked him why he was there. Shortly after the confrontation he left.

The suspect is described as a white man with dark, slightly graying hair, a mustache with a tall and lanky build and a southern accent. He also had a small, rectangular tattoo on his left shoulder.

At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black cut-off Harley Davidson T-shirt and light-colored jeans. Anyone who recognizes the man is urged to call Boulder Police as soon as possible.
