Stolen Truck Located, Police Gear Remains Missing

ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A police officer's gun, tactical vest and part of his uniform that were stolen remain missing after authorities located the Ford F-150 truck linked to the theft.
Investigators located the 2005 brown Ford F-150 truck but the gear was not inside. The truck will be processed for DNA and fingerprints.
The Adams County Sheriff's Office released a picture of the suspect and the a suspect vehicle on Monday.
The theft happened while an officer from out of state was at a training facility in Adams County.
Adams County Sheriff's investigators fear the gear could be used in a police impersonation incident.
