Still Time To Train For Rock 'n' Roll 1/2 Marathon, 10K
DENVER (Colo) - The Rock 'n' Roll Denver Marathon and 1/2 is 8-weeks away, but there is still time to train for the 1/2 marathon or 10K.
You can follow an 8-week training plan. Week 1 looks like this:
- Monday - Easy 2-3 Miles
- Tuesday - Easy 2-3 Miles
- Wednesday - Cross Training
- Thursday - Moderate 4-5 Miles
- Friday - Cross Training
- Saturday - Long 6 Miles
- Sunday - OFF
Each week follows the same formula, but adds miles.

The Rock 'n' Roll Denver Marathon is Sunday, October 18th. The start line for the 1/2 marathon, 10K, 5K and relay is at Civic Center Park in Denver. The start line for the marathon is at the Adams County Fairgrounds.
