Stabbing Victim's Family Looking For Justice

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – As the search continues for the person behind a stabbing that took the life of a 20-year-old, the victim's family is asking people to come forward.

Friends and family gathered at a vigil to remember Terrell Ethriam on Friday.

"Terrell was a good kid. He'd give you anything he had and the last of it," said Ethriam's aunt.

The 20-year-old was killed Wednesday evening while walking alone near Sand Creek.

Aurora police found Ethriam bleeding on the bridge but little else to explain what happened and who's responsible.

"He ain't done nothing, nothing to nobody. He wasn't a trouble kid, he wasn't in any gangs, none of that. They took my baby, and for what," said Ethriam's mother Mary Jones.

Investigators have sifted through the area looking for any clues but have not come up with anything yet.

Ethriam's family is hopeful the person responsible steps forward.

"Somebody knows something about what happened to my son," said Jones.

Police are asking anyone with information to please contact them.
