Soggy Storm Pushes Denver Precip Above Normal For 7th Month In A Row

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver will finish the month of April with above normal precipitation for the seventh month in a row thanks to a soggy wet storm hanging over the Central Rockies.

Denver International Airport reported 0.14 inches of new precipitation between midnight and 6 a.m. on Friday, pushing the monthly total to 1.82 inches.

April's snowfall will also end above normal for the city with 12.1 inches measured so far this month.

Since November, Denver has recorded above normal snowfall during every month except January.
