Soccer Organizer Found Guilty In Sexual Assault On A Child Cases

DENVER (CBS4)- A soccer league organizer has been convicted of two cases of sexual assault on a child after he was found guilty on Tuesday afternoon.

Andres Fuerte Gaspar was found guilty of multiple felony counts that include kidnapping, child enticement, sexual assault on a child and sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.

The charges allege that Gaspar met both teenage victims through his soccer league, hiring them to help clean soccer fields, but then later took them to his apartment where the assaults occurred.

Gaspar remains in custody. He will be sentenced on Jan. 29, 2016 in Denver District Court.
