Snow & Cold Grip Much Of Front Range Ahead Of Broncos Game
DENVER (AP) — Much of northern Colorado is under a winter weather advisory as an early season storm dumps snow across the region.
The National Weather Service says 3 to 6 inches had already fallen from Boulder to the Wyoming state line by Sunday morning.

An additional 2 inches was expected to fall around Fort Morgan, causing icy road conditions.

Interstate 25 northbound from Wellington to the Wyoming state line was previously closed, but has since reopened.
UPDATE: CoTrip is back up! Please check this site for road condition updates & to look at cameras before heading out. There is an alert on the homepage that says N I-25 from Wellington to Wyoming is closed, it is indeed open, we're having some issues trying to take it down.

However, Interstate 70 westbound was closed at Georgetown because of multiple spinoffs, CDOT says. It was reopened just before 12:30 p.m.

The weather service's winter weather advisory is in effect until noon Sunday.
FORECAST: Snow Ends Today, Cold Sticks Around
Heavy snow is expected to fall in the mountains until Monday morning. That includes up to 12 inches forecast to fall on Pikes Peak.
