Resorts Offer Free Skiing For Young Colorado Students

DENVER (CBS4) - Colorado students in grades K-5 can get several days of free skiing at ski areas in the state that are owned by Vail Resorts this winter.

Parents can get their children signed up for the Epic Schoolkids Colorado Pack at several different stores in the Denver metro area.

The four days of free skiing is offered at Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone and Beaver Creek and it includes some blackout days.

Stores where the signups can be done are Colorado Ski & Golf, Colorado Ski & Sport, or Boulder Ski Deals.

The registration must be completed by Oct. 9.

Colorado students in grades 5 and 6 can also do a limited amount of free skiing for free or at a heavily discounted price at other resorts in the state through the Colorado Ski Country USA Passport Program.
