Siemian Carted Off Field After Mingo Sack In 1st Quarter

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (CBS4) - Broncos quarterback Trevor Siemian was carted off the field in the first quarter of Thursday night's game.

Brock Osweiler was seen warming up on the sidelines during a Colts drive.

CBS4's Michael Spencer further reported Siemian is out for the rest of the game with a left shoulder injury.
