Shot Fired At Denver Officer, 3 Under Arrest
DENVER (CBS4) - Police in Denver arrested three men who they say are responsible for a shot being fired at one of their officers.
The crime happened just after 2 a.m. at 20th and Market Street, near Coors Field. Police said the shot was fired at that location and that the three suspects were arrested soon afterwards when their car crashed into a light pole at 20th and Broadway.
The following suspects are all tentatively facing charges of attempted murder of a police officer.
- Matthew Herrera, 23
- Richard Saguilan, 23
- Alejandro Herrera, 21
So far police aren't saying which of the three men may have fired the shot.
No one was injured in the incident.
