Shoe Thief Wanted After Assaulting Store Staff
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver are asking for help identifying a man who robbed a shoe store and then assaulted employees as he tried to run away.
The suspect walked into the Famous Footwear store located at 820 16th Street on Aug. 29 about 3:50 p.m.
He took some items from the shelf and while he tried to run away, he assaulted staff members.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 22-29 years old 5-foot-9 and 160 pounds.
