Sheridan Police Search For Robbery Suspect

SHERIDAN, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Sheridan are looking for a man they say is armed and dangerous. Dejuan Lumpkins is wanted for aggravated robbery.

Police believe Lumpkins, 20, is the suspect in a robbery that happened about 4:15 p.m. on Jan. 26 in the 3300 block of South Federal Boulevard. Officers said Lumpkins was carrying a black semi-automatic handgun at the time.

Lumpkins is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, 5-foot-8, about 150 pounds.

Police believe he is staying in the south Denver and Sheridan area. Lumpkins is known to travel between Colorado and Nebraska utilizing public transportation.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Lumpkins is asked to call police immediately. Do not approach him since he may be dangerous.
