Sheridan Blvd. Closed Over Hwy. 36 All Weekend
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4)- There will be a major road closure in place all weekend that will impact a lot of drivers. Sheridan Boulevard will be closed over Highway 36 all weekend.
Sheridan Boulevard will be closed over U.S. 36 starting Friday at 8 p.m. until Monday at 5:30 a.m.
The closure will be in place while crews shift traffic to a new bridge. The new bridge is over Highway 36 and replaces a bridge that was needed to be replaced.
Next week there will be closures along Highway 36 while crews demolish the old bridge.
Alternate routes include 92nd or Wadsworth to get around the construction.
