Fire Heavily Damages Home In Forested Area Of Sedalia

(CBS4) - An investigation is underway in Douglas County to try to determine the cause of a fire that damaged a house in Sedalia. It happened off Highway 67 Friday morning.
Crews from four districts surrounded the home to put out the flames.
By 6:40 a.m. the firefighters mostly had the fire under control.
There were no injuries and thankfully the fire didn't spread to the nearby forest.
