Search Is On For Hit & Run Driver Who Struck Recumbent Bicyclist

DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver searched for a driver who struck a recumbent bicyclist and then sped away. That cyclist was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.

The cyclist was riding in the 5700 block of W. Dartmouth Avenue about 6:50 a.m. Thursday.

There is no suspect vehicle description. The driver sped away without rendering aid to the victim or notifying police. The driver is wanted for leaving the scene of an accident.
