Swinger's Club, Wildlife Refuge Owner Pleads Guilty

LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4)- The owner of a wildlife refuge and swingers club in Littleton has accepted a plea deal.

Kendall Seifer was accused of keeping animals longer than allowed.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife shut down Squirrel Creek Wildlife Refuge last year. At that time, Seifert told CBS4 he thought he was being shut down because of the swinger's club, Scarlet Ranch.

He pleaded guilty to five charges, including unlawful release of wildlife and illegal possession of animals.
