SB I-25 Reopens At Monument Hill After Accident
MONUMENT, Colo. (CBS4)- All southbound lanes of Interstate 25 were reopened after they were closed for a while Friday afternoon because of a crash.
The crash happened just after 2 p.m. Friday south of Monument Hill at mile marker 162. All lanes were reopened at 3:15 p.m.
It is unclear how many vehicles were involved but it looked like an SUV hauling a trailer filled with furniture flipped over. Investigators have not stated whether anyone was injured or how seriously.
What caused the crash is being investigated.
The Colorado State Patrol tweeted out an update on the crash.

Even though the lanes were reopened, backups in the area were miles long and traffic delays were expected to continue for much of the afternoon.
