While the Broncos have had a lot of great receivers over the years, only three other Broncos wideouts have had three or more seasons in a row with at least 1,000 receiving yards.
Rod Smith was the first, pulling in 1,000+ yard seasons consecutively from 1997 all the way to 2002.
Ed McCaffrey (1998-2000) and Brandon Marshall (2007-2009) both had three seasons in a row with the team where they grabbed more than a 1,000 yards. Marshall kept his personal streak going through 2013 during his seasons with both the Miami Dolphins and the Chicago Bears.
A surprise omission on the list is Broncos TE Shannon Sharpe.
Sharpe is the Broncos second all-time leading receiver with 8,439 yards, but missed stringing together three 1,000 yard seasons since his 1995 Pro Bowl season was shortened to just 13 games.
Smith is the Broncos all-time leading receiver with 11,389 yards in his career.
